Lets welcome the 29th state of our India named as Telangana .  Earlier which was a part of  pricely state in Hyderabad ruled by Nizams where telangana rebellion started and was led by communist party india and was a part of Andhra Pradesh in 1956 when it joined union of India. There were several other movements done for invalidating merger of Telangana and Andhra.After all the efforts the government of India announced process of formation of Telangana state on 9th December 2009 but due to protest of some regions it was put on hold on 23rd December 2009. At the end in February 2014 Andhra Pradesh reorganization act  bill was passed by parliament of India for formation of of Telangana state which will have 10 districts.Hyderabad has to be the joint capital of both the states. K Chandrashekhar Rao is now the first Chief Minister of Telangana.
